Old Trafford Test

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

Em - warned for 'walking'...on the wicket. The only person to warn you for yorking would be the struggling batsman. And you'd pay a ton of attention to that.

And The Guardian OBO coverage seems to be a bit cranky at the moment. Office workers country-wide clicking "refresh" every 3 seconds must be causing it some grief

Guilty as charged your honour.

Interestingly the over by over score now includes overs left and runs required. 5.27.

Dash and darn it. A very good chance slipped away, and there may not be another like it. Anyway, enough about fishing...

No such luck unfortunately. They'd sold out well in advance of when I tried to get some (and that was months ago!). I did consider trying to go on Monday when there was tickets available on the gate- but I had a deadline so thought I'd best not! Lucky- 20,000 turned away and people queuing from 11.30pm Sunday!

Did you hear Jim Maxwell giving an "on air urine sample" on TMS? ;D
