Jacobs Well Venue Leeds

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

Opps, yes I meant Josephs Well.

I was on holiday when tickets for the Bridewell Taxis comeback gig went on sale, and all 250 sold out in 24 hours.

Not a band mentioned on HL very often I must admit, but I was/am a big fan from the late 80's.

I just wandered if anyone had any contacts that may be able to get me in somehow, I don't mind paying.

Bearing in mind I work with an ex-member, I'll ask.

There has been talk of them appearing on the same bill as The Farm and Happy Mondays at the MEN later this year - but I don't know how far that's got. I wouldn't dust your maracas down just yet.

The official forum mentions a possible date at the irish Centre later in the year. Now where did I put my poncho & flares!

Like I said, I know a bloke who was in the 'Taxis. If and when date(s) arise, I'll see what I can do - tickets/autographs etc.

I'm a good lad, me
