Fake or Real?

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

Cool :D

Went up to the giant grizzly bear (don't know if it's fixed order, but did not count it) and had all of them correct. :D

I'm never going to Iraq.

Never mind the descent into civil war, it's those bloody spiders I'd be worried about!

You answered 39 items out of 40 correctly.

Your score is 98%. Excellent job!
To be fair, I have seen most of them on www.snopes.com

The only one I got wrong was the frog in the peas. :|

I also got 29. I'm quite glad I was wrong about some of them. I don't want to admit that I live in that world. I DO live in a world with flowers and rainclouds and people and animals are nice to each other.

For some reason the "dog meets porcupine" photo has made my day...

Though some of the pictures are appallingly faked... I've seen better Stalin-era retouches of photos!

The snopes article about that picture says that they're camel spiders.

Edit: Oh.

Okay, I feel a bit better now, thank you markfiend. Still, the news that they come out at night and may eat mice and birds doesn't make them much more cuddly. If I ever met one, I don't think I would need that 'Camel Spider Care Sheet' they thoughtfully supplied...But a nice flat spade would come in helpful.
