Have you never been on a motorway happy pootling along the inside lane (at whatever speed) and come upon someone in the middle lane (of an otherwise empty motorway) doing about 50?

Since I'm a migistarte and spend a good deal of time handling Road Traffic offenses I'll keep out of this one except to say that I've got three points on my licence for speeding (average 35 mph in a 30 zone) and there's no excuses for it. Also Dangerous Driving doesn't carry a custodial sentence.
