got a ticket to syria

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

we (my wife & i) got ourselves a couple of return tickets to damascus, and head off next year.

we have two reasons for going;
1) we saw damascus on 'around the world in 80 treasures' and thought it looked amazing
2) neverland

anyone else had a sisters inspired holiday (apart from travelling to gigs)?

I've been to Petra, at least partly inspired by the Dominion video...and an amazing place it is too, although somewhat understaffed on the goth front...

I've been to Battersea Power Station - inspired by 'Animals' - Pink Floyd.

IN FACT and I'm sure I've not made it up, there is a guide book thingy that directs you to landmarks such at BPS and that building that Bowie is standing outside on Ziggy Stardust and other such album covers, on the market. Well certainly there was 10 years ago.

If there ISN'T, then I'm patenting it right now!!!!!!
