thanx to DerekR for the review
you really make me wanna see them on the 10th of next month right here in Antwerp!
To get into the whole gig-thing, I'll be off in a couple of minutes to see Editors tonite , supporting for Franzke Ferdinand. (I hoped it 'd be the other way around )

Five cups of coffee just to be myself...when I'd rather be somebody else
I'd gone mainly to see the support band 'Be Your Own Pet' who I'd sought out at Leeds festival and thoroughly loved (US bedroom punk band) Heard bits and bobs about the Kills and was intrigued and THOROUGHLY loved the night. The interplay (ooooh get me) between the two of them was really gripping and as I said somewhere else, strangley arousingObviousman wrote:Not really belongs in this thread, but you went to see the Kills too, right? Yes, I've heard it over and over again their gigs are very, err, intense... And the stuff I found proves it to be true... Just stunning... Can't get enough of the band, sadly there seems to be no proper fan community...Debaser wrote:As I mentioned earlier I'd gone mainly to see the support band 'Be Your Own Pet' who I'd sought out at Leeds festival and thoroughly loved (US bedroom punk band) Heard bits and bobs about the Kills and was intrigued and THOROUGHLY loved the night. As some review said They sang 'I hate the way you love' with the mics opposed to each other like they meant it, somewhere else I read Velvet Underground for socially handicapped which both sounded very interesting and indeed intrigueing... Hope November 24th will be soon, got my ticket today
Great pics BTW
Heard one or two songs by Be your own pet (one of them was Damn damn leash, I think) and it sounded very nice too, a good rough sound...
