Mind you I do have a professional walkman but its the size of brick, has some nasty magnetic feedback on the tape heads and is probably a bit too large for my girlfriend to conceal...

Well...
Talk about an unmitigated disaster!
Firstly, on train up to Scotland on Wednesday night I get about 90 minutes sleep... I then stay awake on Red Bull all day thursday with the frauline OD'ing on cold capsules and headache tablets.. Finally get round to the cathouse at 7.30 only to find soundchecks were only just starting, there were two support bands instead of one and that KMFDM wouldn't be hitting the stage till 11, meaning that I would see exactly 20 minutes of them before I had to catch the last train to the god forsaken part of ayrshire that my mother lives in...

Never mind, there'll be other gigs with them.
*"Don't eat anything all day, go there, watch all 5 other bands playing, get autographs and drumstick from the last support band, who you wanted to see anyway, then bail out as the Buzzcocks go on, because the paracetamol you just bought had no effect, and you go home and vomit"

Were those 20 minutes any good? I tend to be of the opinion that Adios really should have been Adios.
Any opinions on their latest album? I couldn't bring myself to buy it after (the staggeringly bad) WWIII.

Plus I had had only 90 minutes sleep in the space of about two days, had dosed up my girlfriend the wrong way with migraine pills and cold capsules, and was hanging onto life by a thread - and half a dozen cans of red bull..
Instead went home and indulged in a bit of reefer madness to get myself to sleep..
As for the new album, appears to be better than WWIII (Which I think had about 3 good tracks) but its never been the same since the split really..
