funny question!!!

THE place for your Sisters-related comments, questions and snippets of Sisters information. For those who do not know, The Sisters of Mercy are a rock'n'roll band. And a pop band. And an industrial groove machine. Or so they say. They make records. Lots of records, apparently. But not in your galaxy. They play concerts. Lots of concerts, actually. But you still cannot see them. So what's it all about, Alfie? This is one of the few tightly-moderated forums on Heartland, so please keep on-topic. All off-topic posts will either be moved or deleted. Chairman Bux is the editor and the editor's decision is final. Danke.

I´ve been listening the bootleg from lokeren 05 and the cover of UPTAWN TOP RANKIN whit the music of EMMA.and I´d like to do a question:

so, what song do you like that the "SISTERS" does a cover???

I always like one song called WE DIDN´T START THE FIRE(B. JOEL)

It would be funny to hear it whit the sisters style.......

Either "Pinhead" by The Ramones, or "Papa-Oom-Mow-Mow" by The Rivingtons.

Poppies ~ Def Con One

i really can see "Von" pulling that off

and it would be a total monster live!

As under a green sea, I saw him drowning.

I think another thread identical to this one prompted my first ever post here.

The answer's still the same: a cover of Neil Diamond's Love on the Rocks would be truly magnificent. And very Vegas. 8)

can I also add:

"Here I Go Again" by Whitesnake
"When I'm 64" by the Beatles
"Cry Little Sister" by whoever-it-was-that-actually-did-it (just to really confuse those P2P searches)
"I'm Not In Love" by 10CC

all fitted into a medley with "Sister Ray" of course

Fever
Peggy Lee

[Words and Music by John Davenport and Eddie Cooley]

Never know how much I love you
Never know how much I care
When you put your arms around me
I get a fever that's so hard to bear

[Edit the bit in the middle]
They give you fever
When you kiss them
Fever if you live and learn
Fever, 'till you sizzle
What a lovely way to burn
What a lovely way to burn
What a lovely way to burn
What a lovely way to burn
