Will it kill me?

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

About beer (and bear, apparently):

The lagers are a bit tricky; they can become spoiled after the expiry date, although 'white beers' like Hoegaarden usually will not make you sick as a dog, they will only lose their taste, or have a mild alteration in taste.
Or start to look a little 'fluffy', which is good for the bowel movement, anyway ;D

The stronger beers (which is, let's say, everything of at about 6% alcohol and above) can indeed become better of taste over the years, as Zeno pointed out. I have a nice bottle of 'Bok Chouffe' (from the Belgian L'Achouffe Brewery) 2000 still ripening in the cupboard somewhere. Also, corked beers (for lack of the English term) are less subject to becoming spoiled as beers with an iron cork.

Field-work mostly, yes ;)
It all started when, as a counterpart of my girlfriend's girls-club (not a Type O Negative song) 'de Bende van 't Vlinderke', the guys founded the highly anticipated 'Bende van 't Vuistje'.
The girls went to IKEA and came together at Upperdare-parties or just somewhere to watch snotter-movies.
The boys came together to have some whiskey-tasting or beer-tasting nights and to watch splatter-movies.

And always remember that I live in the country where the best beers are brewed. And the most, too, I think. ;D
