The Doktor is Out

THE place for your Sisters-related comments, questions and snippets of Sisters information. For those who do not know, The Sisters of Mercy are a rock'n'roll band. And a pop band. And an industrial groove machine. Or so they say. They make records. Lots of records, apparently. But not in your galaxy. They play concerts. Lots of concerts, actually. But you still cannot see them. So what's it all about, Alfie? This is one of the few tightly-moderated forums on Heartland, so please keep on-topic. All off-topic posts will either be moved or deleted. Chairman Bux is the editor and the editor's decision is final. Danke.

While watching The Sisters videos on You Tube I came across this gem:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E9YasQR- ... of%20mercy
Now I've seen The Sisters lip sync their way through several other music television shows, but why on earth did Eldritch agree to have a drummer pretend to bash his way through "I Was Wrong"? In this case, I think Von's right...this is just plain wrong.

Was wondering about that too. Perhaps the only man ever replacing Eldritch in his original position?

That would be the line up for the 2001 portion of the video clip. the part with I Was Wrong is supposedly with a German band called Supreme Machine. At least that is the name which I have heard associated with the clip. More was also played with a fillin band.
