Bootleg : Sister Ray Limited Edition

Have you established a good reputation at HL and got some Sisters stuff to sell or trade with the community? Or are you searching for that elusive ultra rare live bootleg from 1988? Ever had a bad experience with a trader on Ebay? Let us all know here. Outdated threads will be purged over time.

Hi there,

My first message on this forum. Happy to see sisters of mercy on tour in Brussels. It will be my first gig.

An to prepare this 1st gig, I am listening some albums and I found an old CD of sisters of mercy : a pressed bootleg called "Sister ray" recorded in Detmold (29.04.1984 - 12 songs) and in London (24.03.2005 - 3 songs). This is a limited edition 1.000 copies.

Do you know the market's price for this item ? CD and covers are perfect (no damage). I listened this cd perhaps 2 or 3 times since I bought it >10 years ago. I didn't know that it was a bootleg when I bought him.

if anyone interested ?

I just want to know an idea of the value. I really like Sisters of mercy but not as much to keep bootlegs. I prefer to sell it to a fan.

Is the 7" bootleg "Sister Ray" at all related to the CD version?

If you mean the Sister Ray / Gimme Gimme Gimme 7":
both tracks were recorded in NY in 1984 as far as I know. So I guess the Gimme...-Version is the same as the one on the CD.
