In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. i personally find yahoo! to be a far better search engine, especially for the images. and their mail service is superior to hotmail because you can actually access it -i get sick of waitng for everyone to be in bed before hotmail's server can handle the traffic.

there's an option you can turn on (its off by default) that sends anonymous usage info back to google...

the option to turn is on is very explicit about what it will do and why. they're really not trying to hide anything...

and as i say, its off by default anyway so its not really spyware because its not going to do anything unless you tell it to :urff:
