God this makes me feel old hahaha..I first saw the Sisters in October '84 (Black October tour) and a few more times in '85 and then finally at the Royal Albert Hall - which was quite awesome, I remember seeing some of the original God Squad actually crying !! (no shame there). Then we had the Sisterhood shows - even had Morrison and Eldritch at the Birimingham show, which was nice. And then onto the m*****n - ah, the m*****n. And finally after 185 shows and at least 10 countries later ,it all came to an end for me. Saw Craig at a DMWshow and an Alarm show recently- we spoke briefly, but he was 'working' -he's not changed! I'm old school, I suppose, the FALAA line-up is the defintive for me, the rest are just journey men and glorified session musicians. But it's still nice that some are ,dare I say it, Keeping the faith

Hey Now ; That would be me..in the flesh..or is it cyberspace? I get so confused. Ray Ramone ( or "Ramone" as the sex offenders register confirms !) As for 'not being worthy' Your more than worthy, I can assure you.

I'm flattered with the comparison (I think!).

used to follow rosetta around quite a bit. used to have hughes' "ophelia" (from the "...main chance" single) on the back of my leather
also, was a mate of morgan's - he was from over that way i seem to recall. he used to drive me to all the rosetta gigs
hmmm, one particularly unflattering quarriers song springs to mind:
"he's fat, he's round, he's bouncing on the ground! ray ramone!"
oh dear
there's a few old rosetta fans on here... dave "snowey" for one.

God I was only thinking about Ramone the other day (nothing pervy, just saw a old Rosetta poster on the wall in Ressurection records) and up he pops like a bad smell (lol).
Wayne was asking after you at last years Preston gig. He asked Stokoe (sp) if you were there and he said "Is he f**k" so loud everyone in the venue heard him....
Are you still living in the Dingle, sorry Aigburth? and what some of us would like to know ............WHAT'S THE CHANCE OF A ROSETTA REUNION.....

I kinda lost touch with Rosetta after I quit as manager. I spoke to Karl (Bass ) not too long ago. What I could gather was that when the band split up, it wasn't very amicable - and a bit sour. Karl was playing in the Dream Disciples and Porl King is now a proud father!! (He had a child with Kim- his long time better half). I'm not sure what Porl Young (guitar) was doing since he got 'released' from the band, and returned to Brighton. I left due to musical and personal differences (hahaha) - their 'industrial' slant was not to my taste, so my heart was no longer in it. I could waffle on for hours about Rosetta Stone - all good. But I'll save that for another time Hope that help clear a few things up for you.
