The show is over, the lights turned off and the first european appearence belongs to history 8)
The Sisters were full of power and energy and unbelievably good in a few songs that i heard for first time in this way of variation :D
Sporting arena was too small for this band, the worst place to be honest....
I hope no other concert will take place in this awfull arena ever again....
On the set now...
The start was "Crash and Burn"
they 've played also, "giving ground", "flood I", "flood II", "summer", "romeo down", "alice", "dr jeep/detonation boulevard", "slept (with all the girls in berlin)", "snubnose", "anaconda", "temple of love", "lucretia", "will i dream?", "something fast", "vision thing", "(we are the same) susanne", "come together"
the best was the full "dominion/mother russia" in a totally absolutely magnificent way of playing :!:

Negative points were the small length of the concert
less than 80 minutes duration...... :( :( :( :(
another was the bad accoustic of this small basketball stadium :( :( :( :(
and Didi music & big star promotions is the worst promoter in whole europe :x :x :x :x :x

My favorite artists deserved better place and better conditions to play their songs...... :notworthy: :notworthy: :notworthy: :notworthy:
I hope tomorrow in thessaloniki they will be in better mood and i am optimist as the principle club theatre is far better place with better accoustic than sporting arena (live for the day i will see buldozers destroy this place)...

Big Band, great performance (although small in duration with less than 80 minutes)
Bad organizers and worst the place.....
i forget 2 songs i think but when i remember them i will write hem down...
also have some photos when i will back from thessaloniki i will try to put them somewhere and post the links..... :)
goodmorning ;)

Ps1- They didn't play First and Last and Always... :(
Ps2- "Merchandise" was an alien word :( there were only 2 types of T-shirts and those not from the band.... :( ( i will not forget the laughs i get back when i asked for the bands kiosk...)

"ribbons" and "burn" thanks to dtsom the set is complete... :D
those were the songs i didn't remember in the first place :)
also he is much closer to the line than i was, as i tried to remember the songs by memory and i write them down without having put them in the play list order... ;)
the extra time was [close lights - 1 encore] something fast and lucretia
[close lights - 2 encore] top nite out and temple of love
[close lights - 3 encore] vision thing
[the end....]

i forgot to ssay in my last post that i was speaking whit Ben Christo,he was in the dance floor whit us before the gig and he let us take pics whit him, fastastic guy and fantastic guitar player!!!

to say as well that i was able to take the little thing that the guitar player use for play the strings( I don't know the name of that in english...) I think from Cris Catalist.... i was lucky.

to say as well that the venue is not acconditionated for music events, the roof is so hight and the sound scape for it.and does't have a good accoustic... but whit that conditions the sisters did a great gig and the sound was the best that they could do!!! cheers for that...

and cheers to all the heartlander that i saw there.. i suppouse that every one got a sisters keyring.....

Dtsom and Jesus covered the gig
there are a couple of things i d like to add

Ben & Chris are much better than Pearson/Stein or
Pearson/Varjak

passionate they fit perfectly next to Von and the
sound is richer
Chris looks exactly like Joe Strummer!!

Highlights
top nite out-Lucretia-Alice-Summer

I went early so i could listen to the soundcheck:
-neverland/falaa/dr jeep-detonation/something fast
temple(i think)
and an instrumental 10 minutes long that
i haven t heard before

I spoke to Jurgen Jansen who mixes the sound and
he was wondering as well why the set was so short,
a very nice guy as was Ben Christo who kindly
signed my set list

biggest dissappointment the merchandise as Jesus
already mentioned

Greetings to dtsom, near dark and Eggi
have fun guys :D
