Which TSOM logo do you prefer?

THE place for your Sisters-related comments, questions and snippets of Sisters information. For those who do not know, The Sisters of Mercy are a rock'n'roll band. And a pop band. And an industrial groove machine. Or so they say. They make records. Lots of records, apparently. But not in your galaxy. They play concerts. Lots of concerts, actually. But you still cannot see them. So what's it all about, Alfie? This is one of the few tightly-moderated forums on Heartland, so please keep on-topic. All off-topic posts will either be moved or deleted. Chairman Bux is the editor and the editor's decision is final. Danke.

I'm not sure you want to....

Well....he is a blond German singer and wears shades all the time... :D
The Germans call his music "schlager/volksmuziek". I think he is far over 60 years old by now.

Wanna know more? Have a google

I think the new one really is more dynamic but I don't like the cut-down version that appeared on the 2005 and Silver Bullet shirts, that head looks like a rush job

I prefer the old logo, the new one reminds me of 'Mr Burns' from The Simpsons.

Sometime between 90 & 93 they started putting a circle around the old one - that's the most aesthetically pleasing for me 8)
(Not with unnecessary writing around the outside though - that's cack :) )

New start, break with the record label, all that.

That's my guess anyway.

So...the new one represents a clothing company, while the old one represents a well-oiled record-making capitalist juggernaut?

I like whichever logo adorns an official CD. Looks like that's the old one, since....

I remember somebody calling Andrew a "Heino for darklings" for the dark voice and the sunglasses... (He is rcovering, will be able to walk again.. some day..)

And: Old! You wouldn`t go and paint a grinning Queen Elisabeth onto the Union Jack, would you?
