Never heard Dali's car myself, kept meaning to at the height of my Murph obsession... but admittedly I did have a strong sneaking suspicion that it would be total pants.

That's a bizarre song and video.. Pete Murphy playing with a laserdisc and Mick Karn throwing it into the sea.

Not bad, though. Their method of recording (sending tapes back and forth to each other) is similar to the way Tierkreis record (I make synth and vocals, then send to the drummer, he sends the drum track back, I mix).

Our judgement is in Count Orlok's mirror.

There's a memory! My first Heartland meet, horribly hung-over, watching various DVDs from where I'd fallen on JansenClone's floor. Bizarre stuff, and the first time I'd seen Pete on t'telly.
