I'm sure there's an album cover, poster, or some other example of promotional material showing our Paramount Leader in armour whites, with rapier. I heard on the grapevine some record vendor in Leeds had said picture enlarged to silly amounts, and mounted dominating his entire store. Bet that was a sight...
I'm quite sure a veteran will stop by with the picture soon enough.

I've no idea where to get that pic but you're definitely right. I do remember that photo. Isn't it from the Floodland era ?timsinister wrote: I'm quite sure a veteran will stop by with the picture soon enough.

It's been used as the cover of the 'Before the Flood' LP, with Floodland-era demos. Nice picture, nice album.timsinister wrote:I'm sure there's an album cover, poster, or some other example of promotional material showing our Paramount Leader in armour whites, with rapier. I thought this was Michael Jackson?Fookin' hell, it's Michael Jackson
(No, really, an old art teacher once told me that picture looked like MJ.)
Anyone who's pale and skinny with black hair gets mistaken for Michael Jackson. At least around here. *Especially* if said person has on eye make-up.

I 've checked last evening at home : that's "Kill the lights" LP (with demo from Floodland era). "Before the flood" (confusing title) is a CD (mine version is a CD) with portastudios demos around 1983, damage done 7" and other oldies goodies...

Yeah, it was blown up about 6 foot square and hung to the right of the counter in Vinyl Addiction (don't know if that's still there).timsinister wrote:I heard on the grapevine some record vendor in Leeds had said picture enlarged to silly amounts, and mounted dominating his entire store.
