7 vinyl boots

Have you established a good reputation at HL and got some Sisters stuff to sell or trade with the community? Or are you searching for that elusive ultra rare live bootleg from 1988? Ever had a bad experience with a trader on Ebay? Let us all know here. Outdated threads will be purged over time.

I'm confused.... aren't BOOTLEG records unofficial and unlicensed (ie knocked up by someone other than the band's record company) and are therefore fakes? so... how is it possible to fake a fake?

Zappa did Beat The Boots - rereleased bootlegs himself to make some $ off the pirates' work!

No the seller used some well know 7 inch bootlegs vinyl but done a custom sleeve himself at home for to seems other titles (he done the artwork himself)

maybe he found cheap at record fairs without cover and in a rain day
he done some custom pics to add to vinyl.

it's simply and always found a stupid buyer that pay them a lot

That argument could also be made of anyone who pays a high price for any bootleg record which is basically unconnected with the band.

It goes back to the old question of what is considered to be more important: being able to listen to the music, or possessing the piece of plastic and coloured cardboard? ie. the obsessive fan or the obsessive collector!
