Gothic Barcelona?

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. A small group of us have booked 5 days in Barcelona towards the end of September. Does anyone know of any decent goth/rock/alternative pubs&clubs we should try? I found a few on the internet but thats not always the most reliable source of information!

Also any suggestions of where to check to see if there are any interesting gigs in town would be appreciated.

there is a "heavy metal" bar just off the ramblas, towards placa
george orwell. its got red lights inside, and heavy metal lp covers all over
the walls. I love it. they never play the sisters. not even if you ask.
