I don't think the CD was 'rejected' from the market, but there was some problems with the company who was making the CDs. The CDs were sold, but no Japanese pressing of the CD was done. If you check the CDs for FALAA, Floodland (2nd pressing) and Vision Thing, they have a different company than ASCOO.
Unfortunately, I am not at home, so I don't have more details.
(i'll try to give more info later).

The CD and Sleeve are German pressing, but they printed the Japanese lyrics booklet and large OBI that covers the back of the Jewel case.

I am not sure how many booklets and OBI were printed, but I don't think there are too many. I seen about 10 of them, but bought 2.

That one is counterfeit (like 95% of Chinese CDs) and was made last year (or the year before). Unfortunately, I did not buy it, so I don't have more details about it.

The FALAA Chinese CD currently sold on EBAY is also counterfeit.
If you look at the Sleeve, you'll notice that it was produced by 'warMer Music'. There is also a 'Made in HK' and 'Made in Taiwan' on the sleeve which does not make any sense.
