Well, finally made it back from an 8-day trip through Wales, and Gods did we love it!
It's almost as beautiful as Ireland, very friendly people, lovely roads to race over and a lot of rubbish (of the stone variation, which I LOVE BTW).
Nice hotels and B&Bs, good food (the years of "only fish 'n' chips and brown sauce" are almost over!) and beautiful weather!
Only minor point is that the English are arseholes on the road. Not the Welsh, mind, only the Englanders. They drive like hell, they drive four-on-a-row on a four-way Motorway, they never anticipate other traffic and they love to be your bumper sticker.
Big BOOOO for them!
But the Welsh are a lovely bunch. Much akin to their Western neighbours, and of course sharing their Celtic heritage (aren't we all? ), they are calm, friendly, helpful and good fun.
Their beer is the same horse-p*ss as most of the Island, but Guinness is available in copious amounts, so nae worries there!
Tried the Brains, the Cywy, and some others I can't quite remember. There was even a pub pouring Tetley's. God forbid I ever taste that foul broth again. But I told you that already in a faraway past, and far too often too.
We saw a lot of coasts, beaches, abbeys, churches, graveyards, manors, castles, a bloody tree (see pics), and a boat or two.
On behalf of me and the missus, I wish to thank YOU Islanders for your hospitality and for the lovely days we had the past week(s).
It was much needed, what with recent personal events, and we thank you, from the bottom of our hearts.
Kleenex will be available on simple request
THE PICTURES
Cheers.
PS: this is the first time I try to share a photo album with Yahoo!, let me know if something does not work properly, puh-lees...

Yo IZ, your photo album with Yahoo! seems to work just fine!
It looks like you and the missus really had a fantastic time in a beautiful place in the world.
Now all fingers and toes are crossed for your future plans regarding the kleenex and the following cd with music that touches the soul.
Enjoy being back home and the beer and thank you for the photos!

Rush Hour by the legendary FGG is a track that sends shivers up my spine, makes the hairs on my arms stand up and then makes me feel a better person, everytime I play it.
... in fact, I'm going to bung it on right now... and feel like a better person than I really am...
Thank you for this Iz you gotta share this talent you have.

Oooh no! I have "lethargy" and only "lethargy" and no Rush Hour you speak of...although the thought of shivers up your spine, making the hairs on your arms stand up is the way IZZY's music makes one feel, everytime I play it.James Blast wrote:Rush Hour by the legendary FGG is a track that sends shivers up my spine, makes the hairs on my arms stand up and then makes me feel a better person, everytime I play it.

Awwwww you two
As stated somewhere before (although even I don't remember all the places where I promised this), remixing the new full album will take place somewhere next week(s).
Bringing it out will be something for this Autumn, NORMALLY SPEAKING.
And mebbies I will have another song ready for the album, but I have to admit I have a bit of a writer's block for the mo; also been very busy with recording for other peeps, the baby issues and the trip to Wales put FGG a bit to the background.
BUT upwards and onwards, you WILL get yer product!
Fact!
Featuring Blast Design 2006, you bet!
And you can send MB the track for sure
