In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. There should be rules against this sort of thing - misspelled interests, mentioning :von: and H****y in the same breath as "heroes" and having a friend who looks like Brookula - in my day this would have resulted in deportation to the colonies...

ok, let me get this straight.

Someone has decided to compile a list of all the goth bands they can think of. Well, all the sisters/nephs and post sisters/nephs bands anyway. Ok, right, not really a crime, although a bit of a waste of space (see allmusic for lists of bands, or even eol audio for a good goh related one).

I quite like the fact that they have allied themselves with the Carl McCoy lookalikes accociation..see the friends! I like to dress up as a gothc cowboy when the mood takes me, but that looks like a support group! "Hi, my name is Car...sorry..John, and I have been covering myself in flour for 14 years."

This is why I despise myspace so much. If a met a chap into those bands in real life I might have a decent convrsation on music with him, even if I met one of the goth cowboys I might think he was well dressed, but put it all together on myspace and you look completely retarded.
Nationalise the f**king lot.
