Anyone used 'Bigpockets' for cd's/dvd's etc?

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

I placed an order with this online store early last week for some blank media/cases etc. Being a cheapskate, I used the economy 3-4 day carrier, which arrived last Friday with no problems.

When I opened the box, the order was completely wrong, and contained no paperwork. I phoned Bigpockets on Monday morning to explain, and they were very apologetic and promised to deliver my correct order the next day, and collect the incorrect order.

About ten minutes after I put the phone down, a courier arrived with my original correct order. I phones Bigpockets back and explained what had arrived, and informed them that they now just needed to collect the incorrect order, which they did on Tuesday.

I've just arrived in the office to find that 15 minutes ago a courier dropped off a duplicate of my original correct order. I thought it was just Tesco & Asda that offered 'Buy one get one free deals'!!

 no, I've not used them.

I did get an incorrect delivery from SVP once; I had ordered 100 slim jewel cases but they sent me 400. I rang them and they said it wasn't worth their while collecting the extra, I might as well keep them!

Well over two years later, I still have some left!

With the kind of deals that we are enjoying Mark, it's not suprising that online shopping is so popular these days. :D
