Lou Reed interviews

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

I’ve heard a lot about the interviews Lou Reed would give in the nineteen-seventies, and they sound like an interesting read. I’ve searched all over the web and have only found interviews from the late 1980s and onwards.

I would post this on a Lou Reed forum, but the only one I found was like a ghost town, so… does anyone know where I can find some of the infamous interviews from the 1970s?

I would've sent you copy straight away, sadly I'm not a subscriber either.

You're right I can't find any of the old classic Lester Bangs interviews from the 70's on the net.

Here's a more recent one...
