You obsiously hadn't taken the correct psychedelics. I can see where you are coming from though, they do go on a bit.Brideoffrankenstein wrote:I saw the Ozrics once and I fell into a coma zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Ermmm.... that's NOT a good question to ask, concerning Pitch Shifter!James Blast wrote:were you in them?Izzy HaveMercy wrote:Pitch Shifter....whoa...that's AAAAAAAGES ago since I've heard that name
But yes, 'twas them heydays of yore with bands such as Napalm Death, Carcass and Godflesh that taught me the joys of a Pitch Shifter Live Set!
Just looked at their official site again, they look rather different now

Love the band! Used to travel down to Manchester to see them a few times back in the mid-1990'sjay wrote:You obsiously hadn't taken the correct psychedelics. ..seems this has now been 'postponed':
clicky!!
With this, the nephs cancelling and the festival of shadows collapsing, I guess the scene is in a bit of trouble these days - or is it just promoters out-reaching themselves?

Lost playground was more down to the time of the event, it was advertised as an all nighter and hence didn't get the required licence although I do think the venue chosen was way toooooooooo big for the bands appearing, KJ, NMA , Pitchshifter and Ozrics are all bands only capable of selling out the Astoria.SomeKindOfStranger wrote:..seems this has now been 'postponed':

Bugger - New Mods, Killin' Joke, and Apoptiggy Berserk on the same bil? I'd have to choose that day to have A Ticket To go on holiday.
