Does Anyone have an EOS 300D camera?

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

I've lost my damn setup disc.

If some kind soul has one of these cams I'd like a copy of the driver disc. I can set up a FTP account so it can be uploaded.

I'd be very grateful!

I have software for the EOS350D.. What do you mean by setup software? I think most of the Canon software works across the board.. I can check tonight to see what I have and post up details to see if it's any use.

I can't remember have set-up software for my camera - the main programs I use are Camera Window, Zoombrowser Ex, and the RAW developing program. Is it any of these?

EDIT: sorry, just woke up - I presume you mean the drivers when you first install the camera.. It looks like the drivers on the Canon site are mainly updates, don't know if that's any use... :?
I give you the finger but you want the whole hand...

I need Zoombrowser EX as it's the easiest way of downloading pics. The software isn't available on the Canon site, only updates, thanks anyway Doc!

Basically I need a copy of the Installation disc that came with the camera. That has the Windows Drivers, Zoombrowser etc. I may try and download the Twain drivers and see if I can get them directly from the memory card, rather than having to use the Zoombrowser...

Not to worry now, I've installed the WIA drivers from the Canon website and that has done the trick!
