MEDIA ALERT!

THE place for your Sisters-related comments, questions and snippets of Sisters information. For those who do not know, The Sisters of Mercy are a rock'n'roll band. And a pop band. And an industrial groove machine. Or so they say. They make records. Lots of records, apparently. But not in your galaxy. They play concerts. Lots of concerts, actually. But you still cannot see them. So what's it all about, Alfie? This is one of the few tightly-moderated forums on Heartland, so please keep on-topic. All off-topic posts will either be moved or deleted. Chairman Bux is the editor and the editor's decision is final. Danke.

But then, I won't be recording it. Since I can only stream online, that just gives me a lossy recording. If I had a DAB radio, I'd record from that.

Listened to some of it, and to be honest I wouldn't bother. These have been round the proverbial quite a few times, and in this particular case (1) Clare McDonnell is jabbering all over parts of the intros to songs, and (2) she's only playing 3 of them anyway.

On the bright side however, it seems as though she's amenable to playing any session, and not just Peel (there's been a few Janice Long seshs played), so let's just bombard her with requests for the 83 Jensen, eh?
If I told them once, I told them a hundred times to put 'Spinal Tap' first and 'Puppet Show' last.
