I am glad I finally got a mint copy of that one a couple of years ago. I got to the point where I at one point won the auction on Ebay with a bid of $750 but still didn't get it cos it had a reserve of over $ 1000. Go figure.

It looks genuine to me.

Tell me about it. Seemed like a certain Greek seller wanted to cash in. Got it a couple of months later for about half that price. This after THINKING I finally got a copy and then being outbit at the very last moment by someone on HL who shall remain nameless but paid a pretty crazy amount for his copy. You know who you are. I believe that same person also has a "genuine" autographed Body Electric.Nic wrote:$1000!!!Deviate_Love wrote:I am glad I finally got a mint copy of that one a couple of years ago. Okay: 1000 original ones were produced.
In the recent weeks at least 5 of them appeared on ebay.
It seems like collectors are anxious to get rid of their collections. If it were a bit more difficult to fake records, I may believe in that. But there are factories about everywhere in the world thataren´t exactly busy with pressing records, and then ebay is clogged with nutters who don´t look at the prices. A top deal for crooks.
