easy, i'm not seriously suggesting probation like you'd get a work. oh no no no no no.

what i have in mind is an extra confirmation step before posting. like "please enter the letters below" before clicking submit. this would require manual intervention to foil the bots, and need only be in effect for the first 5 or so posts.
If I told them once, I told them a hundred times to put 'Spinal Tap' first and 'Puppet Show' last.
