3-5-2.....

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

.....for England tonight again, good idea or bad?
Being brave is coming home at 2am half drunk, smelling of perfume, climbing into bed, slapping the wife on the arse and saying,"right fatty, you're next!!"

I would go woohoo, but it seems like it's going to be a very defensive 5, with Cole and Nevile as wing-backs. I'd rather boot out Jamie C, stick Nevile at the back and go with someone nippier on the right flank.

Then again, I am in the middle of supervising a student who's taking an exam and my will to live is rapidly receding....

Im about to be serious for once
if people want to watch football, go and see the school kids on a saturday morning, they are there for the p-assion, not the money, alcohol and hooliganism.
Lecture over, now where is my irreverance gland gone again?

Well I'm pleased anyway. Now this international bollox is over for a while, can we get on with the proper stuff please?

Thank you. Wigan, you're next.

Seconded. Bloody internationals (I blame Gary Neville for last night, but then I would seeing as he plays in red & I detest him).

Well, err, Stoke for us next. Another bumper gate at Elland Road I expect.

And spare a thought for Wales - we won!!
Us scoring a goal can be a rarity (and is therefore celebrated wildly in the streamline household), so imagine my delight at three goals - and a win!!

My headache this morning was well-earned!

I enjoyed the game last night solely for the fact that the replays of Robinson's miss kick were hilarious due to Borats face taking up half of the screen and the motto 'Kasak Till I Die' being flashed up on the hoardings. :notworthy: [/b]

I was there in the back stage,
When first light came around,
I grew up like a changeling,
To win the first time around.
I can see all the weakness,
I can pick all the faults.
Well I concede all the faith tests,
Just to stick in your throats.
