The way he disappears into a vapor below his torso makes me think that Eldritch is saying "You have freed me from my lamp. I grant you three wishes."

More like: "FALAA, Floodland, Vision Thing, and that's a lot better than you could ever wish for, hippy scum!"
If I told them once, I told them a hundred times to put 'Spinal Tap' first and 'Puppet Show' last.
...and to flip my 2p into the debate, i'm with Blast and others. that stuff is quite pleasing on the eye and all that but its not necessarily what i define as art. its a bit like those hippy pics of dolphins, innit?
previously art used to be about recording events/people before we had photography and film. now its used as a different function to reflect the artists' personal feelings, intense emotions that are often universal, or even current affairs.
don't really see that in the eldritch pic. having said that i like the non deep stuff too. have always wanted a massive pic of dr robotnik from the sonic adventures on my wall

I'm not sure if I'm going off topic or dragging this back onto topic. Speaking of EldoArt, anyone know why nice hair has come to a grinding halt. I really enjoyed that comic.

The artist just has a life, apparently! I've seen her on some art sites.Maisey wrote:I'm not sure if I'm going off topic or dragging this back onto topic. Speaking of EldoArt, anyone know why nice hair has come to a grinding halt. I really enjoyed that comic.
I wouldn't worry about it--the comic's progress has "halted" a few times since I started keeping track of it.
