Anybody have Some kind of stranger - Violent Echoic Remix?

THE place for your Sisters-related comments, questions and snippets of Sisters information. For those who do not know, The Sisters of Mercy are a rock'n'roll band. And a pop band. And an industrial groove machine. Or so they say. They make records. Lots of records, apparently. But not in your galaxy. They play concerts. Lots of concerts, actually. But you still cannot see them. So what's it all about, Alfie? This is one of the few tightly-moderated forums on Heartland, so please keep on-topic. All off-topic posts will either be moved or deleted. Chairman Bux is the editor and the editor's decision is final. Danke.

A belated thanks to Doctor Avalanche for sharing that.

However, I'm confused - I always thought the second Peel session comprised:

Poison Door
No Time To Cry
Walk Away
Emma

When were Gimme Shelter and Adrenochrome recorded? :?

Heartland & Valentine are also missing from the Kid Jensen session.
If (and it might not be) my information is correct.

Anyway, given the price, I'm not complaining.

Nice little item.
Thanks again for sharing. :notworthy:

I have both the Heartland and Radioland boots, and GS and Adren. are not on them either :?

They also sound different, a lot more hiss... maybe someone taped them in private and they were omitted for the broadcast?

That's one I've always been wondering about. I'm pretty sure that Adrenochrome was recorded for the session, as part of making the Body Electric tracks available again, but I don't have a source that can verify this.
If I told them once, I told them a hundred times to put 'Spinal Tap' first and 'Puppet Show' last.

I'm happy with the track listing for the 82 Peel session.

Can someone confirm the tracks for the 83 KJ and 84 JP sessions as
originally broadcast?

if memory serves me right, both gs and adrenochrome are live recordings from amsterdam 83 - simply a bootleggers trick to enhance the packege/fill some gaps
love is just a shot away
