More songs about buildings...

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

 You have never tasted marmite! Wait I remember you saying that in the shops in July in Leeds. Fuckit Z if I have to be the first to introduce you to marmite, it would be a honour. Consider it done that I'll be bringing you the first marmite sammie* of your life! ;D
* that means bread so which do you want, brown or white? oh and do you use butter/margarine on your bread?

I'll make it a dutch cheese one with marmite! 8) Then we will remember the cheese...oh god help us Z! Who could forget the cheese?! :notworthy:

Brown bread, loads of butter, that's my fave, if I'd had a slice of fresh bread around I'd just eat one with nothing but butter on top right now, coming to think of it  Now that's what I call food!

Curious what it'll be like :D

No problem, I have a (un)healthy curiosity when it comes to food, the odder the dish the more intrigued I get

Really getting curious about this now  If it's anywhere near as good as that McVitie's thingy with cheese on top, I'll be delighted :D

Oi! Stop being a smug git! I'm with Debs on this one. Work today was evil, called it a day after 3 hours, my head wasn't my own.

Zeno, Debs, Jos, and all my lot, (not that any of them will read this), cheers for another magnificent weekend. Those balloons were just as good as I remembered them (ie vaguely), Club 11 was incredible again, and as ever the company was top class.

Thank you Zeno, thank you Debs, thank you Jos.

And see you in 3 weeks. :D :D :D :D :D

Dave wore a Sisters tee, but I had nor orange nor a HL connection on to be honest

Wore a Sisters tee (Planet Edge, it's partly dayglo and it's cool), lost a Rammstein one. The orange tracky top is no more, lost amidst the wreckage somewhere or other. It's how it would have wanted to go.

Highlights...Zeno and Debs and Jos' company, as ever. Marvellous people, everyone of my mates who spoke with them thought all 3 were amazing, and they weren't wrong.

Wake coming on in the middle of a considerable 'rush' at Planet Rock bar. Cheers barbloke. :notworthy: :notworthy: :notworthy: :notworthy: Suddenly I feel the urge to revisit some of those '85 bootlegs.

Debs in techno-dance mode. :D 8)   :notworthy:

Jos' nighttime in the rain in Amsterdam fast driving - who needs video games? :notworthy: :notworthy: :notworthy:

Zeno with 3 rather puzzled English lads stood outside the 24 hour hotel bar at 5am. Door firmly shut, we'd sulked and started trudging to our rooms. 'No, it's 24 hours, it'll be fine, just press the bell'. 2 seconds later the door opens and in we go. Canny, them mainlanders! :notworthy: :notworthy: :notworthy:

The Volcano Vapouriser, as is by now traditional. 8)

We'll possibly be seeing a few more faces on here soon, you can thank Debs for that. Everyone loves Debs. :notworthy: :notworthy: :notworthy:

And in 3 short weeks I'm back, family in tow, for a weekend with Debs and Jos and their children. And (maybe) Placebo, which would've floated my boat far less if Z hadn't played the song 'Meds' to me on his little iplod whatzit thingy. Blooming awesome!!!!

Annnd finally, Zeno also played some FGG stuff which was stonking (first time I'd heard it, stupidly enough). Matt was severely impressed and will no doubt be in touch soon Iz.

Wow, who needs to be afucking rock star, I feel famous just as MB! 8) :notworthy: :notworthy:

Actually Dave, it was an absolute pleasure meeting up with you, Z and your mates, some of the faces I had seen before and some new but all so really groovy people it was awesome from the start!

Those volcano vapouriser thingy's were stunning as always and so were all the bars/pubs/places that you tourists go to were exceptional because of the company we were in. I haven't laughed so much in a very long time and the whole afternoon and evening I was being entertained too with delightful stories from those english lads - what a brilliant group of people! :notworthy: :notworthy:
Matt always needed someone to go with him to remember the drink order, or stood, sat, repeated before actually remembering what the order was and you definately didn't help matters much now did you?

The walk in the rain to Club 11 on the 11/11, was necessary, only 5 more minutes remember, and just to get us in the mood, oh we didn't have to pay but bugger the kitchen had already closed, I took us in that special elevator to the 11th floor, we went up and down and up again before actually landing!

And then I got to really talk to Beth. Beth being the birthday boy Dave's love. What a stunning couple! :notworthy: Beth and I got on like a house on fire, did the shoe thingy that women do and also got so off our tits it was glorious! ;D

Thank you kind sir, Obviousman and your other mate, Dave? and of course TG for the boogy on the dancefloor! You can all wiggle those butts in a very good way! :notworthy: :P

And indeed in a few weeks time we'll be having Ethan here observing how the dutch people live and I get to look after your family for awhile. YAY!

Now to end this posting I would just like to add that if a certain Mr. Blast had been with this lovely company we would have gotten a taxi here Dave, not cab!

Now about this real thing, yes, let's prepare, you can bring it on now, I'm feeling fine now! ooo and currently listening to MEDS!

Well, I didn't do revisiting it all yet, did I ;D It wasn't all so clear anymore - and a fresh mail from Debs just explained why

Here goes!

I shouldn't forget to say it was a weekend stuffed with amazing people indeed, all credit goes out to everyone else around there for just being so bloody amazing :notworthy: Extra kudos to Debs and Jos for knowing where the good places are in town. That club eleven was extremely amazing :notworthy: :notworthy: :notworthy: And to Dave to bring a bunch of lovely people to join the party :notworthy: :notworthy: :notworthy:

Fun bits included introducing Dave and some of his mates to music with surprisingly much instruments (and even vocals) in them, great times hanging on barstools or whatever having drinks.

That club eleven is quite something as well :notworthy: Gorgeous sights all around, the overlook over the town and more. Why should we ever have left indeed :D

But we arrived safely at the bar after we left the club, that did appear to be opened in the end (doorbells are an amazing invention :notworthy: ), some more drinks and than sadly I had to go back on my first train to Antwerp. Boy it was cold in there  And loads of noisy Dutch teenage c**t

Not complaining in the end, had a great time, all positive things, no bad vibes. Next time more of you need to join in! 8)
