"Day off eating crisps" indeed!
Most probably a reference to the reported negotiations with W14 - must not get over-excited!

If I told them once, I told them a hundred times to put 'Spinal Tap' first and 'Puppet Show' last.

Antiproduct is not what i would call a new hope
guns & cars & accidents
This guy has lots of fingers in lots of pies - he's probably talking about a new hair style he has planned.
Is he aware of message boards - does he read here? If so, it's rather cruel of him to post an ambiguous statement that any Sisters of Mercy fan is going to read in a particular light. If he's doing some sort of concept project that doesn't involve the sisters, he should say, this doesn't involve the sisters.
By a strange coincidence, as I type this, the following lyrics came out of my speakers:
"That joke isn't funny anymore. It's too close to home and it's too near the bone."
Yes, Quite.

Exactly my first thought!_emma_ wrote:His style of writing seems to be starting to resemble that from the official Sisters' site, which is a bad sign.
@ Arrrgh!: read the quote. Says enough.
Yes Chris knows about HL/PD/Dominion.

Er, Emma's quote or the person who started the thread? Do you think this is definitely Sisters-related? If so, I missed that - read objectively, Chris' Myspace post just sounds like he's excited about some developments, which given the guy's many outlets, for all we know could be something as mundane as a planned Robochrist tour to some obscure part of Europe or somewhere else he hasn't been.Arrrgh!: read the quote. Says enough.
You say:
Yes Chris knows about HL/PD/Dominion.
So are you suggesting he's specifically talking about the Sisters? If so, then this is bonafide Sisters news, so Hurray!
If it's not sisters news, it's particularly mean, or don't you agree?

Emma's quote in this case. I guess Chris has spend enough time to give hints and say hardly anything. Smoke and Mirrors.Arrrgh! wrote:Er, Emma's quote or the person who started the thread? I don't know whether he's talking about the girls or one of his other "projects". What I guess is that he is talking about the Sisters indeed, though Andrew won't let him tell too much. If at all.
What I do know for sure is that he knows HL. On my question if he ever looks, he just smiled and said nothing.
I also know that he and Eldo have been working on new songs ever since he joined the Sisters. He occasionally is also "playing" with recordings of several gigs (DVD?).
Mean when he is not talking about the Sisters??? Why?
Sisters news belongs to the Sisters website. He is talking stuff on his own myspace which are mainly about other projects than the Sisters.
But I have to admit that after reading it I just HOPE that he's talking about the Sisters. So no hurray (yet?)....

Yes, but just occasionally and maybe not even very seriously. That's why I said "playing".dinky daisy wrote:This, i do not understand. he is working with some recorded footage? He occasionally is also "playing" with recordings of several gigs (DVD?).

I think its Sisters related & I'm excited. Can't be arsed explaining why.

Well.. I'm always excited when some rumours appears (out of nowhere, sometimes).
It's sad that the W14 rumours is denied by the owner .. that was about the best rumour I've heard in years...

too obvious for it to be the cardiacs, or a spinoff thereof
chris is contracted to the sisters, chris is therefore not allowed to talk/write about the sisters, nobody is.

Doubt it - I'm just an average Sisters fan who clings to threads of information and tries to get 5 by adding 2+2Arrrgh! wrote:Er, Emma's quote or the person who started the thread? Do you think this is definitely Sisters-related?
