Serpents Kiss

THE place for your Sisters-related comments, questions and snippets of Sisters information. For those who do not know, The Sisters of Mercy are a rock'n'roll band. And a pop band. And an industrial groove machine. Or so they say. They make records. Lots of records, apparently. But not in your galaxy. They play concerts. Lots of concerts, actually. But you still cannot see them. So what's it all about, Alfie? This is one of the few tightly-moderated forums on Heartland, so please keep on-topic. All off-topic posts will either be moved or deleted. Chairman Bux is the editor and the editor's decision is final. Danke.

There's a Garden Of Delight instrumental demo?????
If I told them once, I told them a hundred times to put 'Spinal Tap' first and 'Puppet Show' last.

i always though deliverence was a bad copy, but copy is the main word, i believe wayne couldnt play tol.
Not as good as Motorhead, but better than The Birthday Party, which makes us pretty damn good.

Wayne probably could play ToL - he definitely had no trouble with it during the many 84-era "teases".

Von actually played it on record, but Wayne wasn't in the band at the time. With the 83 performances it's definitely very different - more "jangly", looser, fewer notes.

I always thought that the outro of Deliverance mirrored Gimme Shelter quite well. Into The Blue has the exact same ending as Walk Away too.

But nonetheless...

There's an instrumental demo of Garden Of Delight?

Do tell more.

I tried it once, didn't like it. I tried it another two times and that was it. The End!
