Atleast on of the best duets that come to my mind right now has to be Placebo and David Bowie on the song "Without you Im nothing"
And ofcourse the couple in the band Low

Morrissey and Siuxxuiuxuoouie (Can't spell her name) - Interlude
I know some people probably hate this song, but I think their distinctive voices compliment each other beautifully
Love the song, too

I always thought the Placebo/Bowie WYIN was a bit weak. I prefer the album version with just Placebo. The Placebo/Bowie cover of 20th Century Boy is much cooler.Lynchfanatic wrote:Atleast on of the best duets that come to my mind right now has to be Placebo and David Bowie on the song "Without you Im nothing"

Also on the duets-that-didn't-quite-make-it list the crappy Moz/Siouxsie single.
I like the PJ Harvey/Thom Yorke duet on "Stories from the City..."is cool, but my favourite has to be PJ Harvey and Bjork covering Satisfaction
Nick Cave and Kylie/PJ Harvey (basically all of the album Murder Ballads )
Father Abraham and the Smurphs
(Eurotrash once had them singing with sabrina (of boys, boys, boys fame ))

I think she also did a few more songs on the last JAMC album, but I never really got into it so I can't comment on them. Sometimes Always is one of my favs.Lynchfanatic wrote:Briliant!!hallucienate wrote:I forgot to mention JAMC and Hope Sandoval - Sometimes Always.
