Happy Chrimbo, y'all

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

I'm heading off to the internet-free bosom of my family for the next few days, so I'd just like to wish all you good mad people a very Happy Chrimbo, and a genuinely good time to all your friends, families, members of your families who aren't friends, friends who are members of your families, cats, dogs, hamsters, rats, new arrivals, significant others, and all the rest.

Have a great one, and hopefully I'll get to meet some of youse next year.

Toodle pip!
If I told them once, I told them a hundred times to put 'Spinal Tap' first and 'Puppet Show' last.

Heartened by James and his Krautrock heaven, I think these next few days are going to be spent in the company of Amon Duul, Agitation Free, Can, Frumpy, Ash Ra Tempel, Grobschnitt, Peter Hamel, and those good time guys, The Cosmic Jokers.........
What are we gonna do now then?

I finally decided to jump off the Grinch-waggon and I herewith wish you all a pleasant Christmas Eve with your loved ones. May your roasts be tasteful and your kids enjoy their presents.

Lacking a family to celebrate with I'm gonna meet up with a friend for dinner and watching some melodramatic movies and later having a few drinks in a bar that's never closing. Hurrah.

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year
Dim, through the misty panes and thick green light,

Wooha, getting all adventurous, Travelling James? Mind you, when you're in Belgium, you're already half way and one of the five rooms of Casa di Jessie is always reservated for friends.....

Many thanks Gorgeous but the Mum and I have a corn fed chicken to (black pudding/sausage meat/oatmeat/pork & sage/etc.) stuff. The Mum has been very tardy this year, so we have no goose fat for the Maris Pipers, the Sweet Pots are all in tho' so I'll let her off. ;D

Santa has already visited me, but I'm not allowed to look. Apparently being an adult doesn't exempt you from having a stocking, provided that you at least pretend to be asleep when it's filled and promise not to walk past it to the bathroom until at least 7am
