Question : Alice by Dirty Funker

THE place for your Sisters-related comments, questions and snippets of Sisters information. For those who do not know, The Sisters of Mercy are a rock'n'roll band. And a pop band. And an industrial groove machine. Or so they say. They make records. Lots of records, apparently. But not in your galaxy. They play concerts. Lots of concerts, actually. But you still cannot see them. So what's it all about, Alfie? This is one of the few tightly-moderated forums on Heartland, so please keep on-topic. All off-topic posts will either be moved or deleted. Chairman Bux is the editor and the editor's decision is final. Danke.

As I recall, dokter funker turned up here to promote the 12" though

That sounds a wee bit like "out of this door and in through another...

Okay, derailed threads I have seen here..
Didn´t have lunch yet, where are the hot dog vendors?
Through that door, along with the pony cart and that train?

I had what claimed to be a Dirty Funker 'promo' CD, purchased off eBay (fairly cheaply, I hasten to add).

In fact ... clicky. I'm pretty sure there was a shorter edit version on there too.

I quite like it.

Why?
Because he was too pushy in promoting his product and he could not stand criticism, IIRC.

You need short, correct, accurate and concise answers without an occasional derail, rant and mentioning of what old sods we all are?

You came to the wrong forum, mister.

I remember an edited version on a CD (CDR?) as well, probably from an eBay listing. The copy making the rounds here had only the two tracks as the 12", as far as I recall. Anything to the short version?
