In Q November 1993 issue in which Andrew presented some of the standout albums from his collection btw he said that: "Heart Of Darkness is such a fabulous album...It does have a very European mentality and sounds like a shiny,American,kinda hip hop thing - as hip hop was understood five(*said in 1993!*) years ago,not now where it's not at all shiny - but I think it's got a very European wit to it.And it was the first album to have all your favourite vocal samples from Blade Runner,Robocop and Terminator I.Great tunes,which are sadly lacking in most,in inverted commas,dance music today.There's a few tracks on it which sound a bit Opus III-y,not good at all,but everything else is rather fine." That made me think to get this album but I just couldn't find it anywhere because it is out of print now.I just want to hear it myself to be able to make the right decision,to get it or not to get it.You know,the ways of thinking are different from person to person. :wink:

Hooldum Priest is patchy but it is free and you can always sack off the the tracks you don't like, LOTS of bass and a good dark-boudoiur vibe in the closing tracks. oh and the definitive Blade Runner track.

If i were 12 year older i would probably know more of the other stuff all i can say is Madonna :urff: give us a break!
I am kinda guessing that Von has more than jsut this selection in his collection...come on where's jive bunny and Aqua :innocent:

I only like Bowie, Joy Division, Zeppelin & Motorhead from the tailfeather list. As someone said previously... where's all the metal! :twisted:
