For Greater Good to be featured on Belgian Radio Scorpio
On Feb 1st, For Greater Good will be presented on Radio Scorpio's 'Kagan' programme, where they will talk a bit about the band proper and choose some personal favourite CDs/songs to be played during the one-hour show. They are joined by another Belgian artist, Ahráyeph.
As far as we know, no internet broadcast is available, more info on the programme can be found on the Radio Scorpio website.
Updates on the Feb 24 gig
It was said before that this will be a special gig, and well, it is, for various reasons.
For one, ED, violist and vocals, will NOT be joining us on stage on this event. Other activities, much earlier confirmed and far more important, prevent him from attending the show.
FGG will be joined on stage by some surprise guests, tho. Also, we are working on visuals for the gig, and some new songs will be played as well.
As an aside, Ed will become more of a FGG guest-musician in the future, due to his many activities. While we are a bit saddened by this, this is certainly no goodbye. We want to thank Ed for the enthousiasm and dedication he put in FGG thus far, and we wish him a lot of success and joy with his other bands and projects! And we will keep annoying him from time to time for the occasional appearance on our songs...

Wow!
If I received any belgian stations, that might well be a reason to turn on the radio. I haven´t done that in years!
Note to myself: Must build a parabolic antenna and point it to Antwerp.
Two good reasons: Ahrayeph and For Greater Good.

Scorpio is situated in Leuven, Jürgen, not Antwerp. So you'd best point it a bit more southward...eotunun wrote: Wow!

One asked us to NOT choose the whole Sissies back catalogue for personal airplay, as I vaguely recall

If I told them once, I told them a hundred times to put 'Spinal Tap' first and 'Puppet Show' last.

we have *some* recording material in the studio, so i'll try to record the show somehow. but remember it'll be in Dutch (well, rather Flemish...) so for low landers only...
and now just hope that they'll become the world's biggest bands and this tape will become a gold mine

I like these calm little moments before the storm. It reminds me of Beethoven. Can you hear it? It's like when you put your head to the grass and you can hear the growin' and you can hear the insects.

Show WILL be taped, or so Kazamel promised in another thread, so all the Dutch-speaking members can weed away!
