'What a heavy load Einstein must have had. Morons everywhere.'
Metal is a many splintered genre, isn't it?
I see nothing wrong with the "just entertainment" bands - Def Leppard's "On Through the Night" LP, for inst. Supremely daft, from the stupid cover (truck with a great big guitar on it) through the name of the band, all the way to the songs, but never fails to raise a big dumb happy grin round these parts.

If I told them once, I told them a hundred times to put 'Spinal Tap' first and 'Puppet Show' last.

And with some goodwill I can find stuff from Darkthrone, Enslaved, Mayhem, Marduk, In The Woods, Beherit, Behemoth and others that had the music scene upside down in the late 80s/early 90s.

So far, the better part of my life consisted about arguing over metal. At the Metal Label I worked for I was in constant defence for being into Ministry. That was even too un-metal. If I would've told them about the sissies they would've handed me my papers pronto.Ahráyeph wrote:So that's the grinding I heard. Seriously, Still, I cannot and will not argue about metal. He is virtue, He is vire
He is the flame of reason
He is the verbe of our thoughts
He is the justice of our trials
He is the gallows of the infidels
He is the fire of vengeance
He is the blade of revenge
He is the executioner's axe
He is the hangman's rope
He is the fall of the kingdom of ignorance
He is the end of the reign of intolerance
He is the torch of our hope
He is the reason of our existence
....Worship him
