deep blue vs dr avalanche cd

THE place for your Sisters-related comments, questions and snippets of Sisters information. For those who do not know, The Sisters of Mercy are a rock'n'roll band. And a pop band. And an industrial groove machine. Or so they say. They make records. Lots of records, apparently. But not in your galaxy. They play concerts. Lots of concerts, actually. But you still cannot see them. So what's it all about, Alfie? This is one of the few tightly-moderated forums on Heartland, so please keep on-topic. All off-topic posts will either be moved or deleted. Chairman Bux is the editor and the editor's decision is final. Danke.

i would like to know if the last song of the deep blue vs dr avalanche is really a 18 minute song???
i find this very strange because in the rarities they never show this song which is in my sense a very unique version 18 minutes (long for a sisters of mercy song vs fields of the nephilim songs)
i know you are more qualified for this kind of strange question but still i need to have an answer.....thanks by the way ,reading you is always like the news,as far as we can be we are aware of the rough diamond A.Eldritch.

This is one which ends with a version of Sister Ray, yes? It was a longer gig, so it would not surprise me if this were one of the longer verions of the song.

A quick look at the weeding section: it is listed as 18 minutes long all right.

Erm, besides Brussels 98, half the 98 Summer festivals, Philly & Mexico 99.

None since then though. :innocent: ;D

It is a very impressive Wall Of Noise. :von: :notworthy:
