rise & reverberate

THE place for your Sisters-related comments, questions and snippets of Sisters information. For those who do not know, The Sisters of Mercy are a rock'n'roll band. And a pop band. And an industrial groove machine. Or so they say. They make records. Lots of records, apparently. But not in your galaxy. They play concerts. Lots of concerts, actually. But you still cannot see them. So what's it all about, Alfie? This is one of the few tightly-moderated forums on Heartland, so please keep on-topic. All off-topic posts will either be moved or deleted. Chairman Bux is the editor and the editor's decision is final. Danke.

Ok, what's the Rise and Reverberate one, or am I being somewhat Dim and that's the tracklist C3 posted?

It must be C3's list, but I've seen it mentioned on a bootleg site as a live gig from Milan 1991 :?

A little bit more Google research throws up that there are 2 boots called Rise And Reverberate. One is Milan, the other is the one I posted above.

I can't find pictures of the sleeves so I don't know which is which.

I have it - it's a bootleg. The CD says "Live @ Rolling Stones, Milan 1991". Definitely not a soundboard recording, but the quality is fairly decent and :von:'s voice sounds very good. Setlist is:
FALAA
Lucretia
Body and Soul
Ribbons
Alice
Dominion/Mother Russia
Amphetamine Logic
Detonation Blvd.
Marian
This Corrosion
Gimme Shelter
Temple of Love
Something Fast
Jolene
Valentine
Vision Thing

I'd be happy to rip it and put a copy of it up in the sharing section if you (or anybody else, for that matter) would like. :D

Rise & Reverberate (as shown in the pic above) is a pretty good bootleg cd of the Milan gig in march 91.
Actually this was the first boot I bought back in the day (around 92). Always loved it big time 8)

Oh, and for completists: on the first edition of this cd the band on the sleeve was called The Sister of Mercy.
Second edition added the extra -s and everybody's happy now :D

If price isn't too high, it's well worth the buy!
