We're calling all Morrissey fans nationwide to download Life Is A Pigsty into the UK singles charts.
A week will be set (in the near future) where we will ask as many people as possible to download the track.
To keep yourself up-to-date please sign up to our mailing list and we will send you the information as it materialises. You can also follow the story as it happens at the Morrissey-Solo Forum. Please don't forget to join the mailing list so that we get a good idea of how many people are willing to download Morrissey into the charts.
All we ask is for you to spend 79p to get Morrissey into the charts.
Please tell others about this campaign by putting links on other forums, or using Bulletin services (e.g. Myspace)

I hope you're not insinuating that Morrissey is indie-esque guitar twiddling or manufactured pop/rock/punk

I heard there is this Japanese or Chinese satellite bound for outer space, where you can put a message on for free.
Can we tie Mozzer on, pretending THAT is our message to the Greys, and save the 80p to buy a pint on Feb 24?

The Smiths have gotten me through some rough times and given me a good chuckle to boot, but can't say I'm overly keen on Mr. Stephen's solo work.

I would, but the iTunes store doesn't work around here. And his last album was a bit iffy.
I loved the Smiths when I was in my late teens, but sad to report I'm 35 now and would much rather have open bowel surgery than listen to them again.
If I told them once, I told them a hundred times to put 'Spinal Tap' first and 'Puppet Show' last.
