Blue Monday selling Mars bars..

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Some of the nonsense contained herein may be very loosely related to The Sisters of Mercy, but I wouldn't bet your PayPal account on it. In keeping with the internet's general theme nothing written here should be taken as Gospel: over three quarters of it is utter gibberish, and most of the forum's denizens haven't spoken to another human being face-to-face for decades. Don't worry your pretty little heads about it. Above all else, remember this: You don't have to stay forever. I will understand.

Planet Dave wrote:All well and good and accurate Si, but the Mondays spunking it all in the Windies is a far funnier story. :P And it'd have been money well spent (unless you're in New Order), as Yes Please! is a stonking album, sales or no. :notworthy:
Mmm, I've always thought it was sensationalised by the Tabloid's. Shaun was quoted as smoking 50 rocks a day, he said nonsense.......it was 25!

Forgot to mention if they'd had a long term deal policy earlier then James and OMD would most likely have stayed and made them a few quid. And Guru Josh in 1989 when House music kicked off (but apparently he was extremely homophobic (and a mysoginist-racist?) which is why he soon disappeared as he lost all his record buying audience in 1990).

Jurassic Shift was my first and still most favourite. I bought the audio cassette copy with the limited Hemp pressing when it was released. Dunno what happened to it, think my younger brother swiped it along with my Pungent Effulgent tape.

As Mr Blast and Lord Semple can attest, I'm not always that great a navigator.

Besides, there's more Man U fans in Glasgow, than Leeds  ;D
