Eva probably is on a plain from Zürich to leeds.
Andrew probably had a cup of tea in his hand when he opened general chat.
Immediately after you heard the sound of running feet and a cup crashing on the floor.
Jenzi-Benzi may hurt himself trying to get through the thick cologne traffic to the airport in no time..
Dave, what have you done?

While you lot finish, I'll have a go at getting back on topic.
I've been listening to some 84/85 gigs recently and 'Heartland' is awesome- proper singing- "you can hear the words and everything". We all have our favourite Sisters generation and 'cos of the singing, Craig's bass sound and the guitar sound generally I'd have any live stuff from that time.

Once he left after Brighton 1985, all the setlists ended up the same, with very little or no change (apart from the encore - Ghostrider, Sister Ray or Louie Louie).
Although there were some cracking performances from the trio (and sometimes Mr Huss joined in as well ) the sheer variety of songs performed while Gary was still in the band shows they were still a creative force

I've always thought the 'early' stuff sounded a bit watered down and ploddy when played by the 84-85 incarnation. I barely last an entire concert before ditching it and finding something fast(er). The 1983 gigs are largely ferocious though, if somewhat rough round the edges.Gripper wrote:While you lot finish, I'll have a go at getting back on topic.

But for all that, Nine While Nine / Ghostrider from Newcastle 85 is one of their finest 9 minutes ever recorded.

Arse!
I had to live with the 'Bert Hall performance for way too many years (it's actually embarrassing just how long) because I didn't know about cnuts like you, on here.
So gimme a break when I go off on one about Wanye's solo on KoH'sD from Wake.

sorry folks
I was experimenting with 'Alice' this morning (calm down Martin, I'll be back with the good Dr. come sun-up) so I'm somewhat unfamiliar with my surroundings.
I just wanted summat blacker, and it's nice to have a change.
Innit?
