German Heavy Metal help required

Is this:-
the legendary vocalist Udo Dirkschneider of Accept fame.
some smallish German biker trying to pass himself off as Udo.
or is it The Stig.

Kinda difficult to say, this is one of the 'younger' Udo... the hairflow matches, but the face is difficult to discern on this pic...

Both butt-ugly but not enough similar ugliness... :?
