New This Corrosion cover

THE place for your Sisters-related comments, questions and snippets of Sisters information. For those who do not know, The Sisters of Mercy are a rock'n'roll band. And a pop band. And an industrial groove machine. Or so they say. They make records. Lots of records, apparently. But not in your galaxy. They play concerts. Lots of concerts, actually. But you still cannot see them. So what's it all about, Alfie? This is one of the few tightly-moderated forums on Heartland, so please keep on-topic. All off-topic posts will either be moved or deleted. Chairman Bux is the editor and the editor's decision is final. Danke.

Not too bad, but not good enough.

personly, given the genre and all, I would have done it in another way, but I don't think it is that bad. I can't understand why they use the sample of the backing ladies, it does not fit the rest of the music (in this version)

I'm going to see 69 eyes and Maryslim next month, maybe I'll hear it live 8)

Am I think that it sounds like Elvis singing it?

As I've previously stated, I quite like it.

Wow. What a stunning comeback for Mike Mars.
Put their heads on f*cking pikes in front of the venue for all I care.

WOW
I saw those guys last night and I quite liked them.
At first they played some nice tunes that surprised me with the overall sound, I have heard better bands but far worse as well.
Then at last they played this song, this corrosion and I figured the singer from 69 eyes would join them on stage but no (I found that odd)
I even wouldn’t recognised it if I didn’t know it was this corrosion at first, the singers voice, the guitars, the drummer and no back vocals! made it into a whole different number and I have to say, one I really liked. :D nice job!
