Yes, I like it.
The song is about having a great time and sticking two fingers up at those who are far too oh so serious to have one themselves. It rocks, it pounds, it makes me feel happy.

If I told them once, I told them a hundred times to put 'Spinal Tap' first and 'Puppet Show' last.

I like it too.
Is it the best Sisters song? No.
Is it a good throwaway B-Side that makes me smile? Yes it is

It's great and greatly misunderstood. By the haters and the likers. At least most, by the same ppl who have no idea about Ribbons, which would be the most.
we've got beer and we've got fuel
Should we start a petition ordering to start playing it live?
Yeah, whatever.Dark wrote:*sigh* Another thread? Shall I start a "YCBTO Indifference Society" as well, while we're at it?

It would be great to see it played live, I think it would fit in really well with the current line up. Would i rather they played Floorshow? of course, but if they slipped this one in every now and again i think it would go down very well.
matt..
matt..
Yup, it's part of a grand tradition of Sisters B sides, and would be a fabulous addition to the set. The idea of playing something that totally delights half the fans and utterly revolts the other half would probably appeal to Von too.

They could just play Never Land (a fragment), You Could Be the One and I'd go home feeling I'd spent my cash well, seen and heard something quite extraordinary and had a religeous experience. If they played Never Land (full length) and You Could Be the One I might not be able to function again.

Still on the fence about the latter (maybe I'll explain in more depth sometime, as I've given it another 4 or so listens - not that anyone cares, haha!), but if they played the former, I'd be right there with you, James. Holy christ.

Then imagine them doing a cover version of both ARFs "Lilith" and FGGs "Rush Hour" and we need one of these:James Blast wrote:They could just play Never Land (a fragment), You Could Be the One and I'd go home feeling I'd spent my cash well, seen and heard something quite extraordinary and had a religeous experience. So I hope they'll never do that...
