Sisters to play Rock Zottegem, Belgium

THE place for your Sisters-related comments, questions and snippets of Sisters information. For those who do not know, The Sisters of Mercy are a rock'n'roll band. And a pop band. And an industrial groove machine. Or so they say. They make records. Lots of records, apparently. But not in your galaxy. They play concerts. Lots of concerts, actually. But you still cannot see them. So what's it all about, Alfie? This is one of the few tightly-moderated forums on Heartland, so please keep on-topic. Woo-hoo! OMG, I'm trying to not get giddy. Yeah, I know, that sounds horrible, but things in my life seem to get a monkey-wrench tossed into them all the time. Suffice it to say that I truly appreciate the offer, and if things go my way (for once), I just may take you up on it, Raf!

Offer of accommodation much appreciated :notworthy: , although may not be needed, as we're thinking of finding a nice hotel for an, er, romantic break :) Where we stay depends on what, if anything's planned for the Friday, and how we can get there after the festival (preferably by getting a lift back to hotel, or even to Brussels if the trains are still running). Antwerp appeals, as I didn't get much chance to see anything other than pubs there the last time, and the hotels seem to be cheaper than in Brussels.

As last week's visiting HL crew can attest (and, by the way, thanks again for being there y'all! :notworthy:) : it's open on Friday and fun can be had as well as some banging choons (although the 'Black Night' party last week was an exception, such music is still part and parcel of normal play lists) and it's largely the same on Saturday. It's closed on Sunday, though. Oh and Andrew, Billy will pop in as well then, probably ;). By the way : Koen, my colleague and good friend Vibeke wants to 'thank' you for singing that Couseau song and wants you to tell her 'wat er dan echt vanbinnen zit'. ;D
Yup, fun can and will be had when 33 is the preferred bar of choice. And by simple request I can ask Cris, our keyboard player to bring his entertainment keyboard so we can evoke some Piano bar memories... ;D :lol:

euhm... well... I'm not from the Limburg, I'm ne kempenzeun that currently resides inna Antverpia. But, we're on the lookout to find a new home somewhere around Hasselt...
